Who is responsible

HADI AI MLOPS SOLUTIONS, the consulting practice of Hadirou Tamdamba, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any question about your data, write to tamdamba@hotmail.com.

What is collected, and why

• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), project type and message. They are used only to answer your enquiry.
• CV request: your name, email, organisation, role, purpose and any context you add. They are used to decide on and send the CV.
• Booking a call: the calendar is provided by Calendly. It collects the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) to schedule the call.
• The Hadi AI assistant: the questions you type. It answers from the content of this site. When a question needs more than its built-in answers, it may be sent to Mistral AI, a French provider, to be answered. This site keeps no record of your questions. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the assistant.
• Your preferences: your choice of language and theme is stored in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
• Connection data: like any website, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and operation.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking. The calendar, when you open it, belongs to Calendly and follows Calendly's own cookie policy.

Legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your request and to take steps at your request before a possible contract, which is also a legitimate interest of the practice. Sending a form or a question is your own action.

Who receives your data

Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

• Formspree, which delivers form submissions to the inbox (United States).
• Calendly, which runs the booking calendar (United States).
• Vercel, which hosts the website (United States). Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. The site's server-side processing (page routing and the assistant) runs in Vercel's Paris region. Pages are delivered through its global network.
• Mistral AI, which can answer assistant questions (France).
• The mailbox provider that receives the messages sent to the contact address.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Several of these providers are based in the United States. Each one describes in its own privacy policy the safeguards it applies to transfers of European data, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long data is kept

Messages and requests are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of its use, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to its use. Write to tamdamba@hotmail.com and you will have an answer without undue delay. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
